Any Bookmaker who has a list position at a PTP administered by the BRBA are entitled to "sell" that position, that position is then offered to be filled, i.e traded up to by other Bookmakers on that list.The purchasing category priorities are as follows,
1) Pitch holders at that specific hunt in seniority order who are members of the BRBA.
2) Waiting list holders in seniority at that specific hunt who are members of the BRBA.
3) Members of the BRBA who are not on any waiting list, in BRBA membership seniority.
4) Waiting list holders who are not members of the BRBA In seniority order.
Sale Details
Category 1) Is classed as a primary sale, where the vendor is finishing at that PTP.
In this instance he will receive 75% of the tariff value of that position with 25% going to the hunt, and an administration fee of £10 to the BRBA.
Category 2) This is when a vacancy has arisen due to a category 1 sale and a Bookmaker wants to improve his position. He has to then offer his position for transfer as only one position per list is allowed, he then receives 90% of the tariff value with 10% going to the hunt and a £10 admin fee to the BRBA.

Preliminary results will be posted on the BRBA forum by October 21st, any queries concerning those results to be lodged by October 25th.
Invoices will be sent by 31st October and payments to be made by November 4th.
